How to force a User to change their Password at their next log in
Open the Users window
- Click Admin from the menu.
- Select Users -> Users from the drop down list - The Users window will open.
Select the required User
- Select the required User from the list.
- Click Edit - the Edit User window will open.
Click the password change box
- Click the Details tab - the Details window will open.
- If the User has forgotten their Password, change it here so that you can tell them what it is.
- Click Force Password Reset at Next Login.
- Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
