How to use the Alternative Client Ref as an Email Subject
Open the Config window
1: Click Admin from the menu.
2: Select Config from the drop down list - the Config window will open.
Change the SMTP setting
1: Click the SMTP tab - the SMTP window will open.
2: Tick the Show Alternative Reference In Email tick box.
3: Click OK to save the setting and close the Config window.
Create the Email
1: Ensure you've entered an alternative ref number for the client.
2: Open the Document Library.
3: Select the document you require to email.
4: Click the Email button - the email window will open.
5: The Alternate Client reference is displayed in the email.
