How to manually schedule an Action
Open the Search window
1: Click Search from the menu - the Search window will open.
Open the Client window
1: Enter some Search Criteria
OR press Enter to display all clients.
2: Double click on the required client - the Client's window will open.
Schedule the Action
1: Click on the Debt tab.
2: Click the Action Library tab.
3: Select the required Action.
4: Select which User's ToDo list the Action should be scheduled to and when for, or choose Auto Assign from the drop-down list. Click here for instruction on setting up auto-assign.
5: Click the Reminder check-box if required. Click here for instruction on reminder set-up.
6: Click Schedule - the Action will now appear in the relevant ToDo list in black text and will change to red text once the appointed time arrives.
