Creating Action Groups
Open The Action Library
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Action Library from the drop-down menu - the Action Library will open.
Add a group
1: Click New Group - the Action Type Group will open.
Set the Group's details
1: Click the Details tab - the Details window will open.
2: Type a name for this Group.
3: Select Debt as the Case Type from the drop-down list.
4: Tick if you require this Group to be expanded by default upon Action Library open.
5: Tick if this Group is to appear in the client window Action Library.
Select the Users who can see this Action Group
1: Click the Display Users tab - the Display Users window will open.
2: Tick the required Users' check-boxes if they are o have access to this Group.
3: Click OK to save and close the window.
