Configure Certificates from a Property or Unit

This feature enables you to configure certificates for properties and units as well as manage those certificates.

From a Property

Open a Property.

Select the Certificates tab.

Select a Document Type and click Edit. The New Certifcate Document Type window opens.

Note: Expired certificates and certificates that have not yet been set display in red.

Click Browse... to upload the document.

Select the Date Completed.

Select the Next Due Date.

Set the Reminder Days in Advance.

Click OK to save your changes.

Note: If the property is exempt from this certifcate type, tick the Exempt checkbox.

Note: To override the selected User or Contact, click ... to select a different user/contact or the red X to remove the user/contact.

Select a document type.

Click Email Document to open an email window and attach the certifcate.

The email displays with the certifcate attached and the Subject contains the document type and property name.

From a Unit

Open a Unit.

Select the Certificates tab.

Follow the steps as described for a property.
