New Features
- You now have the option to set a different narrative for the sales invoices generated by distributing a purchase invoice rather than defaulting to the purchase invoice's narrative. Click here for instructions. (5117)

- You now have the ability to perform an Invoice Distribution before posting a purchase invoice.
- In the Units window, the following tabs are now highlighted if they contain information - Distribution, Notes, History, Contents and Jobs. (2735)
- The Company Banking tab now includes Last Reconciled On and Reconciled/Saved columns indicating when the last reconciliation was performed, as well as if the reconciliation was only saved or actually reconciled. The Banking Reconciliation tab now includes tool tips when items are disabled indicating when they were last saved or reconciled. (3515)
- When creating an invoice, credit note or payment, if the contact is a tenant or leaseholder with only one active lease, the property and unit automatically populate with the unit that the contact has a lease in. (3516)
- The Property > Schedules tab now includes a For Budget column. If it is ticked, it displays on the budget window and budget reports. (7085)
- You now have the ability to print previously generated invoices from the main invoice window. Click here for instructions. (6592)
- In Lease Details, the Start From Date now defaults to null instead of the current date. It is now an essential field and highlighted in wheat with the OK button disabled until it is populated. (7206)
- When charging the property owner from a purchase invoice, the client transfer date now defaults to the payment date.
- Forward Balance has been added to the bank account list. (7207)
- Service Charge has been added as a Nominal Account category. (7286)
- A config option has been added to Exclude Deposit Bank And Nominal Group from all sections of the Statement of Account.
- You now have the option to filter the purchase invoice list by invoices which have not yet been charged to the property owner.
- Client transfers no longer display on the bank reconciliation unless Show Client Account Transfers is ticked.
- The Statement of Account now includes the label Invoiced Income and Expenditure rather than Unallocated.
- Multiple invoices can now be printed from the Invoice List without the need to open each one. (6592)
- In the Reconciliations tab of the bank account details, when an item is disabled because it was saved or reconciled at a later date, the date it was saved or reconciled now appears when it is hovered over with the mouse. (3515)
- The Transactions tab of the Company Details screen now includes a Grand Totals line at the bottom displaying the totals of the Amount column, which is identical to the Amount column on the Payments tab. (3524)
- Mergefields UnitDetailsAddress1/2/3/4/5 were added for tenant reminder letters. (4890)

- Client account transfers only display as either Income or Expenditure as appropriate and not in both sections. (6669)

- Illegal characters in Service Charge Budget names no longer crashes LogiPro when budgets are exported.

Known Issues
Although in some circumstances an invoice action may display incorrect additional entries, the actual invoice will be produced correctly.

- From the 16th July 2015, new versions of Logican software will no longer support Microsoft Office 2003.
Windows 10
Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008 r2
- This must be uninstalled before the upgrade. After the upgrade the Microsoft uninstaller fails to work and no other version can be installed because 2008 locks the registry.
- After the upgrade, Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014 or 2016 needs to be installed.
Microsoft Office
- 2007 is the oldest version that will run on Windows 10.
