How to create a Utility Bill
Create a New Sales Invoice
1: Create a New sales invoice from the Company or Invoice windows.
The Utility Invoice Screen
1: Select the Utility tick box.
2: Enter the From Company.
3: Enter the To Company.
4: Enter details of the Invoice including the Property, Unit, the Utility Type, Current and Previous meter readings from the drop down list
--- and any narrative. to populate the Utility Types, click here for instruction. The system will remember your last meter reading for this unit and insert it as the previous reading for the current bill.
-- Note: If you wish to enter a fixed charge leave the meter reading and Utility Type columns blank (as shown in line 2 of the example).
5. Post the invoice and the window will close.
