What's New in the Release 2014.04.02.01

New Features

1: The "Their Ref" field in Purchase invoices can now be made Mandatory. Click here for instruction.

2: When an account is in credit, the negative figures now show in red.

3: There is a new Transactions tab in the Companies window. Click here for instruction.

4: There is now a facility to add a Council Tax Office to a Property. Click here for instruction.

5: Whether to show or hide the Nominal Account Code during a transaction is now configurable. Click here for instruction.

6: When making a payment, if the OK button is greyed out there is an informative pop-up to explain why.

Defects Fixed

1: The error where the Part Quarter Apportionment fails with a Nominal Account database error has been fixed.

2: The ability to search by "Their Ref" when searching for Payments/Invoices now works correctly.

3: When a Part Payment is allocated, the system now shows the correct values.

4: The error when running overdue reminder letters has been fixed.

5. The issue with canceling credit notes has been fixed.

6. An issue involving the jobs screen failing after sending an email has been fixed.

Known Issues

1. Certain items action cannot be run from the new document window. (eg full statements of accounts.)
