Resolved issues.

  1. The option to exclude a Client Account from future Distributions has been fixed. [23975]
  2. The Distribution Account and Rental Accounts that have been set for previous Distributions, are carried over to the next Distribution. [23975]
  3. The bottom margin of the Nominal Report generated by Distributions has been enlarged. [23960]
  4. Issues with information being lost from Utility Invoices have been resolved (recombining and part-paying). [24309]
  5. The service Charge Reconciliation invoices are now calculated correctly in a case where the VAT status of the property is different then the unit's VAT status. [24342]
  6. Positive and negative figures on Credit Notes that are included/excluded in Distributions are now preserved. [24250]
