1. Banking tab > Notes can be now be added to a Bank Account. See Bank Account Details for steps on how to add Bank Notes and Display Bank Notes in List for steps on how to show the notes in the Bank list. (19558)
2.LogiPro Error messages - selecting the Error message that is displayed in the bottom right corner now displays a window with the Error details.
3. Search > Invoices / Payments - When searching on 'Payments only' - Narrative column displays the Payment Narrative. When searching on 'Invoices and Payments', the Narrative column displays the Invoice Narrative for Allocated Payments (21867).
4. Default new Payments made from the Bank Account Details window to BACS. (22139)
5. Distributions - Cover Notes - Can now enter text that is more than 500 characters in the Distribution details, Cover notes section. (22107)
6. Payments List - New Currency drop down filter, which allows you to filter the Payment list based on the Currency selected. Pounds, is selected by default. (21233)
7. Export Payments List - Exporting the Payments Lists now exports the Payment List or Payments Totals with the filters applied. (21160)
8. Emails - ability to Send outgoing Emails from a Global Email Address. A new configuration setting has been added in Admin > General Settings > Emails > Send LogiPro emails from Global Setting". When this setting is ticked, an email address need to be entered that will be used as the Global From Email Address for all emails sent from LogiPro. There are however, exceptions when this Global From Email Address is NOT used as the From email Address. It is not used for the LogiPro Exception Emails, Portal Outgoing Emails and when replying to an email from History that was sent to the logged in LogiPro users' email address. Note. Existing Emails in the Email Queue will not use the Global From email address. (21725)
9. Contact Details window text change - In the Contact Details window, the text 'Additional Contact Details' has been changed to 'Main Contact Details'. In the Investor Details window, the text still displays as "Additional Contact Details" (22103)
10. Remittance Advice - new Configuration setting added in Admin > General Setting > Payments tab: Hide the Payment Total in the Remittance Advice Document Template table. When this setting is ticked, the Payment Total will not be displayed in the Table of Remittance Advice Document Template and the generated Remittance Advice documents (22073).
11. Admin > General Settings > Service Charge > Period Certificate Report > New Configuration options added for which Date the Period Certificate Report should use: "Invoice Date" or "Invoice Due Date". Invoice Due Date is selected by default. Period Certificate Report will display transactions based on the selected option that are between the report date range. (21966)
12. Manually created Management Purchase Invoice - A new config setting has been added : "Generate VAT Receipts for manual purchase invoices from a Managing Agent". When this setting is ticked, and the "Print Invoices/Receipts when Generated" is also ticked, the VAT Receipt will be printed when a manual purchase invoice is created with a Managing Agent selected. The Number of copies printed will be based on the value in the "Number of Management Invoices copies to print" setting. (21763)
Defects Fixed
1. Lease - Save button is no longer enabled when the Lease Break is missing required details.
2. VAT Invoices - "VAT Receipt" is no longer generated when the VAT Invoice is paid. This has been fixed going forward for new invoices created. Existing invoices will still show incorrectly. (22190)
3. Error no longer occurs when searching for text with special characters. e.g */%
4. Stepped Rent lease with Rent free period - Save button is now enabled when the Step End date matches the Lease Expiry Dates.(21914)
5. Aged Creditor Report - Report now includes the Allocated Credit Notes for that date range. (21943)
6. Service Charge Expenditure > Budget Details > Export Certificates > Error no longer occurs when exporting certificates for Schedules with multiple Periods (21772)
7. Service charge To-Dos - Fixed the issue where Service Charge To-dos were regenerated after the Property was Sold. (21829)
8. Rent Review - Reduced Rent - can now enter a New rent amount that is less than the Current Rent. A Sales Credit Note generates for the reduced back dated rent. (20735)
9. Bank name and Branch - cannot enter Bank and Branch names that are more than 50 characters. This applies to both Company Bank Accounts and Client Accounts. (19558)
10. Lease Details - Passing Rent and Rent Days in Advance now default to 0, when the value is deleted. Similarly, on the Service charge settings tab (on both Lease and Landlord), the Days in Advance default to 0 when the value is deleted. (21829).
11. Lease Break Reminders - Error no longer occurs when selecting "Complete Selected Action" for the Lease Break Reminder. (22150)
12. Purchase Invoices - Error message is displayed if the Scanned Invoice is deleted before the Purchase Invoice is posted. (21986)
13. Export Budget Details - Unit Distribution tab now displays even if there are somehow unit distribution percentages missing for certain schedules. (21954)
14. Contact details - LogiPro now allows First name and Last name to be more than 30 characters. (18617)
15. Service Charge Certificates - Service charge cap amounts are now correct when there are two leases for the Service Charge Year, and one lease ends and the other starts in the middle of the service charge year. (21667)
16. Profit and Loss - Company Profit and Loss - 'Use global groupings' is always ticked and cannot be unticked. When using global groupings, the Profit and Loss Report displays the groups and sub-groups with their corresponding amounts. (21901)
17. Invoice Templates - Schedule Template with VAT option selected, now creates the VAT Invoice / VAT Receipt correctly. (22352)
