New Features
- Admin > General Settings > Invoice tab - Config setting added to select the Default Display contact to be used for "Raised by" in Lease details and Landlord window. This default Raised By is only used on auto-generated sales invoices, not manually created Sales invoices. (19872)
- Admin > General Settings > Service Charge tab - Config setting added to select whether the Balancing (Credit) /Charge or Payment Due is displayed on Service Charge Certificates (20004)
- Admin > General Settings > Tenancy Schedule > Config setting "Include vacant units in Company Tenancy Schedule " checkbox added(19953).
- Admin > General Settings > General > "Display documents created after" added. This sets the Starting date to be used when displaying documents in the Investor Portal (20112).
- "Show Investor Contact History" checkbox on Investor > History tab. History notifications can be filtered to display or not display old entries of investor contacts that did not belong the to the selected investor (20102).
- User Permissions added to 'Delete Item from History' and 'Delete Item from ToDo list'.
- History tab > "Edit Document Group and Document Type" button added to bulk edit the Document Type and Document Group column in History for the selected rows. This button is not displayed on the Main History window.(20071)
- Lloyds bank csv Export format has been changed (19709).
- Distributions - Permission to Undo / Redo an invoice that is included in a Distribution has been extended to unallocating, undoing or redoing a payment for that invoice (19813).
- HMRC Authorisation - When a company has already been Authorised for HMRC. the "Authorise" text displays as "Re-authorise"(19904)
- Schedules > Unit Distributions - Config Setting: Allow Sum of Unit Distribution percentages to exceed 100% added on Admin > General Settings > Unit Distributions to allow distribution percentages greater than 100% (19890).
- New Document > Attachments functionality has been extended. Can now upload multiple attachments, each having a different Document type. Both a one-off template attachment and an uploaded attachment can now be selected. (19915)
- New Document > Option to include Profit Share investors has been added.
- Generating Investor Documents > Changes to which Documents are generated when a Distribution is performed. Distribution Statements are no longer generated at the time the Distribution is performed, but rather only when the Investors are notified (20119).
- Deleting a Distribution or selecting Notify Investors again, now displays a dialog confirming whether history notifications should be removed.(20119)
- Distributions > New Documents - New Documents can now be generated from the Distribution window.(20114)
- VAT Return - Text updated on VAT Return details window as per HMRC.
- The Outlook add-in for linking emails to LogiPro entities has had a filter for Job Statuses added. (20604)
- In the Investor window, the Postal Address label has been changed to Registered Address, the Home Address field is now called Correspondence address. Also, the tick box wording has been updated to say Correspondence to Registered Address. (17497)
- Two new merge fields have been added: ManagingAgentCompanyName and ManagingAgentVATRegisteredNumber for use in Documents. (17828)
- A new "Company" column has been added to the History tab of the Investor window.(20111)
- For users of the Outlook LogiPro add-in : A new option to display the LogiPro reference for a Company/Property/Unit/Tenancy/Job/Investor/Contact has been added. It is activated via a checkbox in General Settings > Email tab. Once the "Option to display LogiPro reference (LP Ref) for relevant entities" box is ticked, a "Display LP Ref" button is added at the top of the relevant windows. Clicking this button makes a window appear displaying the reference (LP Ref:xxxx). There is also an option to copy it to the clipboard. This is useful to compose emails with LogiPro reference already in the subject line making the creation of links to LogiPro easier. (20184)
- A new configuration setting has been created: Admin > General Settings > General tab: 'Persist user column filters on the job list'. When this is selected, a user's choice of filters on the Jobs lists is persisted. (20331)
- Using the Outlook LogiPro add-in to make a link an email to a LogiPro entity adds a LogiPro reference to the subject of the email. (20173)
- References created by the Outlook LogiPro add-in are now in brackets. (20175)
Defects Fixed
1. Profit and Loss Report - Balance from the Profit and Loss Report is now displayed in the Balance Sheet report under Capital and Reserves category > Profit and Loss (20221).
2. Company Tenancy Schedule Report - Correct tenant is now displayed when there has been a change of tenant (20673).
3. Existing permission "Undo Invoice that is included in a VAT Return" is extended to 'Undoing or Redoing Credit Notes that included in a VAT Return'. It also applies to 'Redoing Invoices that are included in a VAT Return.
4. Error no longer occurs when unlinking a credit note. and re-linking it to another invoice.
5. Service Charge Budget > Mid-term Report - Projected Spend and % Projected Spend columns are now calculated correctly (19907).
6. New Document window - Third table in template is now displayed in the generated document (20023)
7. Service Charge Cap is correctly displayed for the Tenant on the Unit Apportionment Summary when Exporting the Budget to Excel (20108)
8. Tenancy > Error no longer occurs when generating a Document via the New Document window when there is a future dated lease and no current lease (20117).
9. VAT Returns - Creating a Template from an Invoice, no longer copies over the VAT information. This prevents invoices that are created from this Template, to be incorrectly linked to old VAT Returns. (20222).
10. Statement of Account on Property level- The company drop down is now enabled when the Property has transactions for more than one company. (20585)
11. Can no longer Transfer a Credit Note that is linked to multiple Invoices - When transferring either the Credit Note or the Invoices, a message is displayed stating that you first need to unlink the credit note from the Invoices before Transferring.
12. Service Charge > Clone Budgets - Budgets are NOT automatically cloned (Via the Clone Budget Task or Create Scheduled To-Dos Task) if they were sold before the budget ended. (19992)
13. Error no longer occurs upon saving a lease that has a Rent Review Reminder and the lease Actual End Date is changed again. (20156)
14. References created with the Outlook LogiPro add-in no longer display "-1" if no Property or Unit is selected.
