Tenancy Schedule

The Tenancy Schedule is intended to send investors/banks information about each property. LogiPro enables you to customise your report by specifying what information to include/exclude from your report. The report can be exported in both PDF and Excel formats.

Access the Report

The Tenancy Schedule can be exported in both PDF and Excel formats. To access the report, from a trading company/partnership Reports drop-down list, select Company Tenancy Schedule, and select whether to export the report to Excel or PDF.

Report Data

The Tenancy Schedule displays a list of the current leases and a list of future leases in the company grouped by property. For partnerships, the report is grouped by nominee company as well. The Passing Rent and Additional Items are totaled at the bottom of each group.

Lease Data

Note: In the section below, column names prefaced with an * are optional columns that can be included/excluded according to your requirements. Click here for instructions on including/excluding columns.

Each lease includes the following:

  • Unit Address
  • Tenant Name
  • Lease Commencement Date
  • Expiry Date - if a lease includes an Actual Lease End Date the Actual Lease End Date will output rather than the Lease Expiry Date.
  • *Term
  • Passing Rent Amount
  • *Step Rent Details - This cell outputs a list of all current and future steps on the lease.  Each item displays in the format: [Start Date] [End Date] [Amount].  Note: This column is hidden If the current step is the last step.
  • *Additional Items Total - This amount is the total of all current additional line items on the lease.
  • *Additional Items Details - For current leases, this cell includes a list of all current additional items on the lease.  Each item display in the format: [Start Date]  [End Date] [Description] [Amount].  If the item end date is in the past and the holding over checkbox is ticked, the lease expiry/end date outputs instead of the Item End Date.
    For future leases, this cell includes a list of all additional items that are current as of the lease commencement date of the future lease.
  • *Next Break Clause Date - The break clause displays in the format: [Date] ([Notice Period]).  
  • *Future Breaks- This cell outputs a list of all future break clauses on the lease.  Each item displays in the format: [Date] ([Notice Period]).  
  • Next Rent Review Date
  • Rent Review Type
  • *Holding over - This only outputs if the expiry date is in the past.
  • *Insurance Premium %
  • *Floor Area

Admin Configuration

From the Admin > General Settings > Tenancy Schedule tab, you can tick/untick the following columns to be included/excluded from the report:

  • Term
  • Step Rent details
  • Additional Items details
  • Break Clause details
  • Holding over
  • Insurance Premium %
  • Floor Area

If you only want to display each of the optional columns if there is data on the lease, tick Hide optional fields that don't have any data.

You also have the option to selected your preferred font by selecting Report Font.

If you want Vacant Units to be displayed, tick Include vacant units in company tenancy schedule.
