From the property General Sale tab, set the Sold Details Status to Completed.

Note: The Completion Date now becomes mandatory.

After entering a Completion Date, upon clicking OK, you are prompted to confirm that you want all open leases to end on the Completion Date.

Note: Clicking Cancel does not change the lease statuses. Once the Sold Details are changed to Completed and the Completion Date is entered, the form can only be closed after agreeing to end the current leases on the date sold.
