New Features

1. The tenancy name has been added to the top of the lease details window.
2. The Reset To Proforma button is now disabled when an invoice has only been posted to VAT. (11678)
3. A Select All checkbox has been added to the New Document window enabling you to select all contacts in the list at once. (11650)
4. The Transfer to Another Contact on an invoice or payment feature now includes the ability to transfer a multiline invoice that has been paid by one payment. (12051)

6. The New Document window now only displays templates that are configured to work from the New Document window.
7. User passwords are now encrypted in the database.
8. Users with permission to undo invoices that have been included in the VAT return are now prompted to confirm that they wish to do so.

13. LogiPro documents are now encrypted in the data folder and are only temporarily decrypted while opening a document via LogiPro.
14. The ability to save documents to the database is no longer available and documents can only be saved to file.
15. The speed for processing anything related to service charge has been improved.

21. Leases without Holding Over now automatically become non-current when the lease expires. Leases set to start at a predefined date in the future now automatically become current on the Lease Commencement Date. (12418)

1. The column headings on the invoices tab from the invoice detail view are now in order. (11206)
2. You no longer have the ability to clear the Service Charge Expenditure classification after invoices have been created with it against a budget (10718)
3. Editing the narrative of an invoice generated via an invoice template no longer errors. (12043)
4. Once only actions now generate when scheduled from a template for bi-monthly and bi-annual frequencies. (11641)
5. Bank accounts no longer display in the client account transfer account list. (10476)
6. The Profit & Loss Group is now highlighted as mandatory in the Nominal Account window. (10725)

Known Issues

• When generating supplementary invoices from the budget details window, corresponding landlord invoices are NOT generated.

• From the 16th July 2015, new versions of Logican software will no longer support Microsoft Office 2003.

Windows 10

Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008 r2

• This must be uninstalled before the upgrade. After the upgrade, the Microsoft uninstaller fails to work and no other version can be installed because 2008 locks the registry.
• After the upgrade, Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014 or 2016 needs to be installed.

Microsoft Office

• 2007 is the oldest version that will run on Windows 10.
