1. you can now manually select a managing agent on a purchase invoice.
2. Opening a transaction from the Bank Reconciliation window no longer groups the payments. (11937)
3. There is no longer a timestamp displayed in the tenancy date fields.
4. Reminders now pop up for a user after a different user reassigns the reminders. (11940)
5. Opening the payments tab of an investor no longer errors.
6. Additional items now appear on invoices. (11970)
7. Additional items are no longer raised according to the rent demand days in advance. (11957)
8. The Template header and footer now display on the tenancy statement. (11001)

• Our support for Microsoft Windows XP expired at the end of December 2014 - to continue benefiting from the latest releases of our software upgrade your version of Microsoft Windows.
• From the 16th July 2015, new versions of Logican software will no longer support Microsoft Office 2003.

Windows 10

Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008 r2

• This must be uninstalled before the upgrade. After the upgrade, the Microsoft uninstaller fails to work and no other version can be installed because 2008 locks the registry.
• After the upgrade, Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014 or 2016 needs to be installed.

Microsoft Office

• 2007 is the oldest version that will run on Windows 10.
