1. Select the Postcode option

2. Type in some of the postcode (or all of it)

3. Hit return

1. Click on the dropdown

2. Select the customer you require from the list on the screen or use the scroll bar to see more customers

This works exactly as for Postcode

1. Here you need to type in sortcode, accountnumber (sort code can be either 12-34-56 or 123456) You must put in the full sort code and account number separated by a comma

2. If your sorrtcode, accountnumber matches a customer, you will see that one customer in the dropdown

1. If there is no matching customer, the dropdown will say <No results found>
