To ensure that only authorised LogiPro users can authorise  or revoke Portal access, the LogiPro user must have the Grant / Deny Web Portal Access permission (under Administration). This is accessed via Admin > Users > Select the User > Click Edit > Permissions Tab > Administration section > tick Grant / Deny Web Portal Access. Click OK > OK
