Accessing and Downloading Documents in the Portal
Investor List
After logging into the portal, the user is presented with a list of Investors for which access has been granted.
These can be searched by name, or the user can click on the Investor names below the search box
Once an Investor is selected, the annotated screen below is displayed. The user can begin the more detailed search to view or download the required documents.
Company List
- The name of the Investor selected on the initial screen. Clicking on the arrow will return you to the Investor list.
- The list of Companies that the Investor is part of. Usually this is the same as the Companies/Partnerships list that the Investor is linked to.
Selecting Companies in this list, filters the list of documents on the right by company.
Please note
(a) If there are no documents for the company they will not show up on the list.
(b) If there are documents for a company that the Investor is no longer invested in, but there are pre-existing documents, then that company will be listed.
(c) Only Companies that have documents in the date range specified in LogiPro will be displayed. Please see this article for details of how to configure this.
Document List
- To view a document click on its hyperlink.
- Clicking on the Download button downloads all the documents that have been selected. Single documents are downloaded as PDF files, multiple documents as zip files.
- You can change the number of documents that are displayed on the screen. The default is 10 and there are options for 20 or 50.
- The documents can be sorted by date with newest first being the default.
HELP - If you need help you can click on the ? icon and you will be taken to a window where you can send a question to the Portal administrators.
- To change your Portal password, access the help question screen and log out click the circle next to the ? icon.
Filtering
If you want to filter the results further to enable you to find the documents you require, there are several other search criteria:
- Category - categories include: Accounts, Correspondence, Distributions. See Portal admin/setup section for how this is set up.
- Type - this relates to the types of documents that are within the categories selected above.
- Date - single date or a date range.
- Details - enter a keyword - this searches the titles of the available documents. You can enter more than one keyword by clicking + Add Keyword. Any document's title that contains any of the keywords that you have entered will be displayed.
