Associate Managing Agents with Invoices and Payments
This feature enables you to associate a managing agent with a lease and related invoices and payments so that yuo can efficiently manage your properties .
Set the Config
From the Admin > General Settings >Invoices tab, tick Set Management Percentage at property and unit level.
You can now set a management on a property or a unit.

Add a Managing Agent to a Unit
From a unit General > Management tab, clear the Managed In House checkbox and click Managed by to select a managing agent.
From an Invoice
Upon selecting a unit on the first invoice line item, the agent defaults to the agent set on the unit.
Note: This applies to manually raised invoices. If no managing agent is set on a unit, you can manually select a managing agent from the dropdown list. For auto-generated rental and service charge invoices with a managing agent set on a unit, the managing agent is added to the invoice by default.
From a Payment
For unallocated payments, upon selecting a unit on the first payment line item, the agent defaults to the agent set on the unit.
When allocating a payment to an invoice with a managing agent, the agent defaults to the agent selected on the invoice. This is not editable.
