One-off Attachments
This feature enables you to upload one-off attachments to send emails through LogiPro to a list of contacts without having to create/edit entries in the list of document templates.
The purpose of this is so that you can send additional reports to investors using mail merge functionality while having a history of the emails in LogiPro.
Add a Document
Open a(n) investor/company/property/contact and click New Document. The New Document window displays.
One-off Attachment
Note: In order to upload a one-off attachment, Display Email or Send Email must be selected in order for Attachment to be enabled.
Select Attachment > One-off Attachment and click Create. The One-off Attachment Template displays.
Add your text or merge fields and save and close your document.
Click Generate. Your one-off attachment is created and displayed, printed or added to the body of an email depending on the Type you selected.
Upload
Note: In order to upload a one-off attachment, Display Email or Send Email must be selected in order for Attachment to be enabled.
Select Attachment > Upload File and click Browse.
Browse to your file and click OK.
Click Generate. The attachment will be added to your email.
