Queue Emails for Review before Sending

This feature enables you to queue emails for review prior to sending them.

Set the Config

Click Admin > General Settings > Email tab.

Tick Queue automated emails for approval before sending and Queue distribution emails for approval before sending to send all automated and distribution emails to a queue prior to sending them.

Click OK.

When these options are set, upon running To Dos or sending distribution notifications to investors, the emails are added to the email queue.

Set the Config

To view the emails, click Email Preview.

The Email Queue displays all rent and service charge email To Dos run.

Select each row and click Body or Attachments to review the body and content of the email.

If the email looks correct, tick Approved.

Upon completing the review, click Send All Approved Emails. The emails are sent.

Note: If any emails need amending or for any issues with a given email, select the relevant email and click Remove.
