Click Admin > General Settings. The General Settings > Rent tab displays.

Select how often each relevant reminder should generate upon clicking Overdue Reminders in an invoice tab or the main invoice list.

Enter the Rental Schedule Days In Advance. The amount of days in advance displays on the tenant's lease details.

If you change the days in advance, you have the option to Update Existing Leases in General Settings > Rent tab to apply your change to all existing leases.

Note: You can override the global set days in advance in an individual lease.

Select the Company, select the Property, select the Unit, click Details.

When this setting is ticked, all future Lease Details will default to generate a VAT Invoice.

When this option is ticked, there will be a column for "Company" when generating a Credit Control Report. For instructions on how to generate a Credit Control Report click here.
