Override Default Landlord Service Charge Settings by Unit
This feature enables you to override the landlord service charge settings on a per unit basis. For instructions on general company landlord configuration, click here.
Click Search > Units, select a unit and double click to open the unit.
Select Landlord Service Charge and untick Use Default Landlord Settings.
Enter the relevant details and click OK. The landlord settings will now apply according to those specified in the unit rather than in the company.
