Landlord Configuration
When using the Service Charge module, an untenanted unit or a unit that has reached its service charge cap's service charge invoice is billed to the company Landlord.
Click Search > Search In Companies > select a company and double-click to open the company.
Click Landlord. The Landlord details window displays.
Click ... to open the All Contacts list and select a Contact.
Set the Schedule details.
Set the Frequency details.
Set the Invoice Details.
Click OK to apply your settings.
