Click Search > Search In Contacts > select a contact and double click the contact to open it. The Contact window displays.

From the Accounts tab, click Default Purchase Nominal Account. The Default Revenue Account window displays.

From the Accounts tab, click Default Sales Nominal Account. The Default Revenue Account window displays.

Select the default account to be used and click OK. The account is now set.
