Set Up and Perform Automated Rent Demand Runs

Once a lease is set up, the rent demand invoices automatically generate if auto generate is ticked in the lease Details and the action is assigned to a user or if Auto-Print is selected. For instructions on setting up a lease, click here. Rent demands can be generated from a unit, property, company or main To Do list individually, collectively or by schedule.

From the To Do Screen

You can:

1. Select the period of actions to run.

2. Filter by specific actions.

Note: For actions not assigned to run on logon of a specified user, select Auto Print to generate To Dos scheduled for the selected date range.

3. Filter By user.

4. Select the date actions are scheduled for.

OR

5. Select the filter icon to filter by:

  • Company
  • Property
  • Unit
  • Contact
  • Action
  • Detail
  • Scheduled
  • To

6. Click New Action to open the Schedule Action window and schedule a new action.

7. To reassign an action(s) to a different user, select the action(s) and click Assign Selected Actions. The Reassign Actions window displays.

8. Select an action(s) and click Run Selected Actions to run the selected action(s) now.

9. Select actions that should be removed from the To Do list but stamped in the History and click Complete Selected Actions.

10. Click Run All Actions to run all actions in the To Do list now.  

11. Click Export List to export the To Do list to Excel.
