Mid-term Report

After expenditures have been allocated and budgets have been created, you can run a mid-term report to verify if any budget adjustments are necessary and apply those adjustments to the report. For instructions on creating an Expenditure Budget, click here.

From the Budget Details window, click Mid-term Report. The Service Charge Expenditure Budget Report displays.

Service Charge Expenditure Report

The Mid-term Report enables you to review how your budget compares with your actual amount spent.

In a case where a nominal account is included in two different schedules, the actual amount spent is split proportionally between the two schedules. If necessary, these amounts can be reallocated to the appropriate schedule.

1. Enter the From Date and To Date the report should encompass.

2. To reallocate the actual expense across schedules, in the Allocation Amount column, adjust the schedule fields to reflect the correct allocation amounts and click Update to regenerate the report.

Note: When Allocation Amount fields are adjusted, the Sum must reflect the original sum.
