Distribution Rules Setup
The distribution rules enable a user to create unit distributions for communal expenses based upon floor area or percentages.
1. From the Property window, select Schedules.
2. Enter the distribution rule percentages.
Note: If Unit distribution percentages must add to 100% is ticked in Admin > General Settings > Service Charge, you will only be able to save the distribution percentages once the total equals 100%.
3. If there are multiple periods, add an End Date. A new period row is added.
Note: When entering distribution percentages, all units to be included in the distribution must have a percentage assigned or the distribution will be based on floor area.
4. If there are multiple schedules, click Add in the Schedules section.
Note: You also have the option to Clone scheduled distribution percentages.
5. Click OK to save your changes.
