Email Payment Receipt to an Investor

You can email a payment receipt to an Investor for a payment in from the Payments Details window.

  1. Search and open a Partnership, in the Partnership window, click the Payments tab.
  2. Select the Payment In option
  3. Open the payment.
  4. Click the Generate Receipts button, and choose Email Receipt - an email will be sent to the Investor’s Contact email address (not to the Investor). However, if the Investor Contact does not have an email address, choose Display Receipt to view/print/save the receipt.
