Generate Management Invoices
LogiPro enables you to add multiple managing agents and assign those agents on a global, per company and per unit basis.
Set the Default Management Agent and Percentage
Click Admin > General Settings > Invoices.
From the Managing Agent dropdown list, select the default managing agent.
From the Standard Management Percentage field, enter the default percentage. Currently, the default is 2%.
Note: If the Standard Management Percentage is changed, the new amount will apply to new companies going forward.
Note: If a management percentage is not set at the company, property or unit level, the amount specified in the Standard Management Percentage field is used to calculate the management percentage.
Note: Existing companies/partnerships with existing leases where no managing agent was specified and then a managing company is added, the user is prompted to open the lease Details window, tick Generate Management Fee, and resave the lease in order to update any existing and future To Dos.
Set the Managing Agent and Percentage - From the Trading Company Level
Open a Trading company.
From the General Company tab, select the Managing Agent and the Management Charge %.
Click OK. The specified managing agent and percentage are used when generating management invoices.
Set the Managing Agent and Percentage - From a Partnership Level
Open a Partnership.
From the General > General tab, select the Managing Agent and the Management Charge %.
Click OK. The specified managing agent and percentage are used when generating management invoices.
Set the Percentage - From the Property Level
Note: In order to set the management percentage from the property level, Set Management Percentage at property and unit level must be ticked in the Admin > General Settings > Invoices tab.
Open a property.
From the General tab, enter the Management Charge %.
Click OK. The specified management percentage is used when generating management invoices for this property.
Set the Managing Agent and Percentage - From the Unit Level
Click Admin > General Settings > Invoices.
Tick Set Management Percentage at property and unit level.
Tick Set Managing Agent at unit level.
Open a unit.
From the General Management tab, untick Managed In House.
Select the Maanged by agent.
Enter the Management Charge %.
Click OK. The specified agent and percentage are used when generating management invoices for this unit.
