Preset Rotating Questionnaire Answers

This feature enables you to preset answers for questionnaires that rotate between answers one through seven.

Click Admin > Config > Claim Form > Questionnaire tab.

Select Enable Predefined Checklist Answer Sets and click OK.

Click Admin > Claim Types > select a claim type and click Edit.

From the Gen Check Answers tab, tick the relevant checkboxes for the relevant answer sets. The client Checklist tab is filled according to the answers you set for the first set.

Upon adding a claim, the client Checklist tab is filled according to the answers you set for the second set. This process will repeat itself for each claim added until the seventh set. It will the restart at the first answer set.
