New Features

Defects Fixed

  1. [Dialler] The call window now updates agent status when agent's handset is disconnected from without the program and allows a disposition to be set.
  2. [Dialler] The Call Complete button has been renamed.
  3. [Dialler] The program will prevent calls being made from locked client windows.
  4. [Dialler] The inbound call screen, now displays; DOB, full address and Postcode in search results list.
  5. [Dialler] Users who have dialler enabled will no longer get an error upon closing the program.
  6. [Dialler] The dialler is automatically disconnected when exiting the program.
  7. [Dialler] An old 'End Call' button has been removed from the GUI.
  8. [Dialler] The call back max call delay has been improved for accuracy.
  9. [Dialler] The program will not create calls from blank phone number fields.
  10. [Dialler] Locked claimant error message for campaign calls has been updated.

Known Issues

  1. The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.
  2. The Cancel All Run All button has been disabled as it was creating errors.
  3. Sending emails with a header/footer attached whilst Aspose is active, inserts extra pages.
