1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Config from the drop-down menu - the Config window will open.

1: Click the arrow to scroll the tab bar to the right.

2: Open the Mail Merge Fields tab.

3: Click New - the Mail Merge Field will open.

1: Enter the name required to show in the merge field list.

2: Add the required syntax by typing

OR

3: Double click an existing merge field

OR

4: Double click an expression - see the middle pane for a brief description on expression use.

5: Click OK to save the merge field and close the window.
