How to reassign a User's clients to another user
NOTE: Cases can only be reassigned to users of the same stage. Click here to learn how to include users in a stage.
Open the Reassign Clients window
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Users --> Reassign Clients from the drop down menu - the Reassign Clients window will open.
Make reassign the cases and ToDos
1: Select the required User from who the cases are to be reassigned.
2: Select the required stage from which the cases are to be reassigned.
3: Select the required User to who the cases are to be reassigned.
4: Tick the check-box to toggle whether the User's scheduled ToDos items for the stage should also be reassigned.
5: Enter how many of the cases are to reassigned.
6: Click Move.
7: Click OK to save and close the window.
