1: From the main menu, click Admin.

2: From the drop down list, select Users.

3. From the sub-menu, select Users - The Users window opens.

4. Select and double click the User to edit the user - The user details window opens.

5. Select the Permissions tab.

6. Tick Allow Edit Of Claim Stages In Client Screen to enable a user to edit a claim stage or untick Allow Edit Of Claim Stages In Client Screen to restrict a user's ability to edit a claim stage.

7. Click OK.

2. Edit is enabled when Allow Edit Of Claim Stages In Client Screen is ticked in the user permissions, and Edit is disabled when Allow Edit Of Claim Stages In Client Screen is unticked in the user permissions..
