How to add Actions to the Scan As drop down list
Actions that need to go in the drop down list need to be set in the Action Library first
Open the Action library
1: Click Admin from the menu.
2: Select Action Library from the drop down list - the Action Library will open.
Select the required Action
1: Select the required Action from the list.
2: Click Edit - the Edit Action window will open.
Set the Attachment tick box
1: Tick the "In Attachment or Scanned Document Action Dropdown" tick box.
2: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.
Restart LogiClaim
After selecting the tick box for all Action that are required on the drop down list, you will need to close and then reopen LigiClaim for the items to appear.
Open the Scan window
1: In the scan window click the Scan as drop down list - the list will open.
2: Select the required Action from the list.
When the scan is performed the Action will be attached in the Type column in the To Do list.
