How to use per-claim Joint Clients/Applicants

For how to set a Joint Applicant at client, level click here, where all claims can only have the same 2 persons associated with them.

Set-up

Open Config

Open Config

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Config from the drop down menu - the Config window will open.

Change the setting

1: Click on the Claim Form tab.

2: Click on the Misc tab.

3: Tick the Enable Claim Joint Claimant check-box.

4: Click OK to save the setting and close the window.

NOTE: In order for this to be used, the User Permission 'View Claim Details Offer Group' must be disabled.

Using

Open the Search window

Open the Search window

1: Click Search in the menu - the Search window will open.

Open the Client window

Open the Client window

1: Enter some search criteria or press Enter to display all.

2: Double click on the required client.

OR

3: Click New Client to create a new client.

1: The Joint Applicant's details are entered here for each claim where relevant.

2: The Account name automatically updates with the 2 names.

3: In this example; Claim 1 is shared by the main person & a claim joint applicant

                           Claim 7 is shared by the main person & another claim joint applicant

                           Claim 10 is owned by the main applicant alone.

                           Claim 12 is owned by the main applicant and the 2nd person. (Only possible where 2nd person group enabled.)
