How to Limit a document to run only from a particular Claim Status

IMPORTANT: The document can still be run manually from the Document Library for any Claim Status, the limit will only work when the document runs from an action.

It is advisable not to have this document be run from an action containing other documents or Scheduled Actions, rather from it's own Action (which may be run from another action). Click here to learn how to set up Action scheduling.

Open the Document Library

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Document Library from the drop-down menu - the Document Library will open.

1: Select the required Document.

2: Click Edit - the Document's window will open.

Change the setting

1: Click the Details tab - the Details window will open.

2: Make sure a Case Type is selected. NOTE: This will not work if All Case Types is selected.

3: Select for which Status this Document should be allowed to run.

4: Click OK to save and close.
