New Features

1: When updating all claims, only the claims that have been changed will now be actioned. This improves speed and performance.

2: There is a new facility to set the Default Claim Type Option. Click here for instruction.

3: There is a new facility to set the Client and Claim buttons to only be pressed once. Click here for instruction.

4: There is a facility to Allow / Deny a User permission to change details on the Offer and Billing tab. Click here for instruction.

5: It is now possible to attach to an email, documents from other claims of the client. Click here for instruction.

6: There is now a Users Logon/log-off times report function. Click here for instruction.

7: It is now possible to keep a log of each time a client's file has been opened. Click here for instruction.

8: There are options to limit a questionnaire answer's length and to adjust the answer's text box size. Click here for instruction.

9: It is now possible to limit the amount of times an action is run on against a client. Click here for instruction.

10: The default tab that displays upon opening the Client window can be changed.  Click here for instruction.

Defects Fixed

1: When moving an attachment the drop down list of claims is no longer crushed.

2: Attachments can be moved to the client or any claim within the client.

3: The Default Templates button in the Document Library no longer has an error.

Known Issues

1: The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.
