How to enable the Preview Document function
Note: When a document is only previewed it will not show in the History
Open the Config window
1: Click Admin.
2: Select Config from the drop-down Menu - the Config window will open.
Enable the function
1: Click the Claim Form tab.
2: Click the Visible Button tab - the Visible Button config window will open.
3: Tick the Preview Only For Word Documents Visible check-box to enable the button.
4: Click OK to save the setting and close the config window.
