How to set up Status Groups for reporting

Open the Status Group menu

Open the Status Group menu

1: Click Admin from the menu.

2: Select Drop Down Lists --> Staus Groups from the drop-down menu - the Status Groups window will open.

Select the Group required to edit

1: Click on the Status Group required for edit, or create a new Status Group by pressing the Add button - the Status Group's window will open.

Choose which Statuses belong to this Group

Note: One status can belong to more than one group.

1: Check the tick-boxes of the Statuses you require to include in this group.

2: Click OK to save and close the Status Group's window.
