1: Changes to check boxes in the old questionnaires are not saving to the database correctly.

2: Double clicking on a scanned document to change the claim now refreshes the claim ID in the History,

3: Select Client Buttons now select correctly on initial select of claim details type.

4: A Change Status Run Action now runs correctly and does not just reset the Status.

5: In a New Claim, it is now impossible to select the Claimants Name before selecting the Claim Type as this cause a Database error.

6: The error where the system was running Actions when a Claim was opened instead of when the Status was changed has been fixed.
