1: The Search button can be Activated or de-Activated for each user.

Note: The New Client button is normally located behind the Search button. If you hide the Search button you may wish to show the New Client button on the main window. To see how to do this, click here for instruction.

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select Users from the drop down list - the list of users will be opened.

1: Click on the required User.

2: Click Edit - the Edit User window will open.

1: Select the Permissions tab - the Permissions window will open.

2: Click the Search Button is Enabled check box. Tick the box to Authorise the Search button or off to De-Authorise it.

3: Click OK to Save the changes and close the window.

Note: The User will need to log off the system, then log back on, for the change to take effect.
