How to view claims based on changes in status over a date range

This report will only function correctly if the status log has been activated - please see the bottom of this document for instructions.

From the main window select General\Reports\Claims With Action Type Report

From the main window select General\Reports\Claims With Action Type Report

1: Click General from the Menu.

2: Select Claims with Action Type Report from the drop down list - the Report window will open.

The report window is displayed with the Status section showing "Current Status Only"

Results are based on the current status of claims regardless of when the status was changed

Change this to "Status within Date Range

Change this to "Status within Date Range

This enables the From and To Date pickers and allows you to select a date range.

The results of the report are now based on when the status was changed regardless of the current status of the claims

How to Enable the Status Log Tab

Open the Config window

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select Config from the drop down list - the Config window will open.

Open the Claim Form - Visible Tabs Window

Open the Claim Form - Visible Tabs Window

1: Click the Claim Form Tab.

2: Click the Visible Tabs tab - the Visible Tabs window will open.

3: Tick the Status Log Visible Check box.

4: Click OK.
