How to configure an Action Type to automatically set the final response date

In the main window, within the Admin menu select the Action Library

Select ad edit an action from within the library

Select ad edit an action from within the library

In the action type details window the "Set Final Response Date Delay (Days)" option is grayed out

In the action type details window the "Set Final Response Date Delay (Days)" option is grayed out

Check the "Set Final Response Date Delay (Days)"  tick box and edit the number of days delay

Check the "Set Final Response Date Delay (Days)"  tick box and edit the number of days delay

When this action is run from within a case the Final Response date will be set to be the number of days configured here from the day on which the action is run. For instance if the action is run on the 1st April, the date will set to 12th April.

Please note - Once the Final Response Date has been set once running the action will have no further effect
