How to set up Actions to allow Attached Documents

Open the Action Library

Open the Action Library

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select Action Library from the drop down list.

Edit the Admin Group

Edit the Admin Group

1: Click on Admin.

2: Click on Edit - the Edit Admin window will open.

Turn on the Attachment Action List

Turn on the Attachment Action List

1: Click the Details tab - the Details window will open.

2: Click the Attachment Action List check box to allow attachments.

3: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.

Select the type of attachment required

Select the type of attachment required

1: Click the type of attachment required.

2: Click Edit - the Edit window will open.

Turn on the Attachment Action List

Turn on the Attachment Action List

1: Click the General tab - the General window will open.

2: Click the Attachment Action List check box to allow attachments.

3: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.

Repeat this step if move Action Types should be set.
