Linking Clients to an OnBase account
OnBase is an enterprise information platform for managing content, processes and cases which can be used to store documents associated with clients. We have integrated the ability to easily link the LogiClaim client file with their OnBase file, based on the LogiClaim Client Alternative Ref number.
Set-Up OnBase
Open the Config
1. Click Admin | Config from the menu - the Config window will open.
Enter account details
1. Scroll right
2. Click the OnBase tab
3. Tick the Enable OnBase checkbox and enter your OnBase Credentials URL in the field.
4. Copy and paste the following link into the OnBase URL field - https://tcg.onbaseonline.com/1501AppNet/docpop/docpop.aspx?KT107_0_0_0={0}&clienttype=activex&cqid=101&username={1}&password={2}
5 . Click OK to save the change and close the window.
Using The OnBase button
Open a Client
1. Open a Client and click the OnBase button - your Internet browser will open to the associated account's OnBase page.
