What are Claim Stages

This article presents an overview of the claim stages functionality and a brief description of its configuration.

A user/manager has the option to designate scheduled actions to the particular user who is responsible for that stage for that client.

Actual stages have to be set up with their statuses and their users assigned.

1: When a new client is created, the system allocates users to 'own' the stage instances of a client's claims.

2: The stages can be substituted later on a one off basis or in bulk.

3: A user is automatically assigned to the stage. This user can either be the user creating the client or any random user from that claim stage. Click here for instruction on setup.

Any pre-set action that is scheduled and auto-assigned from this client, will be sent to that user's ToDo list.
