How to display All Claim Type groups in Action set-up
When a Claim Type specific Action set-up window is open, the left pane displays only Action groups of that Claim type. To also display Action Groups of no Claim type follow the steps below;
Open the Config
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Config from the menu - the Config menu window will open.
Change the setting
1: Click the General tab.
2: Tick the Display Specific Claim Type In All Claim Type Group For Action Type check-box.
3: Click OK to save and close the window.
