How to Set Up a Claim Duration Stage

Open the Claim Duration Log window

Open the Claim Duration Log window

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select Drop Down Lists --> Claim Duration Log from the drop down menu - the Claim Duration Log window will open.

Add a Duration Stage

Add a Duration Stage

1: Click New to Add a Stage

2: Type in the description required.

3: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.

Edit a Duration Stage

Edit a Duration Stage

1: Select the Stage to Edit.

2: Click Edit - you will now be able to Edit the selected line.

3: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.

Delete a Duration Stage

Delete a Duration Stage

1: Select a Stage to Delete.

2: Click the Delete button - the Stage will be Deleted.

3: If deleted in error, click the Undelete button, the Stage will be restored.

4: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.
